Authorities of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have captured the occupant minister of the Eternal Sacred Order of Cherubim and Seraphim at Agodo-Egbe, Ikotun Lagos, over unlawful endeavor to fare of 174 kilograms of opiate medications to South Africa, the org said on Monday.<br />

NDLEA said the suspect, Prophet Michael Raji was captured after the capture attempt of the medication at the load segment of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) amid preshipment examination.<br />
<br />
"Preparatory examination has demonstrated that the 60 year old suspect Michael Raji is an associated top part with a medication syndicate working in Nigeria, Ghana and South Africa," NDLEA said.<br />
<br />
The minister had three worldwide visas bearing his photos.<br />
<br />
"One of the identifications bears the name Michael Raji while the other two bear the name Kadigun Fatah Ola. It was similarly found that the congregation premises where he serves additionally serves as a stockroom for opiates," NDLEA said.<br />

The seized medications disguised inside expansive sacks of foodstuff were found to contain 91kg of Methamphetamine and 83kg of Ephedrine with an expected road estimation of N609 million.<br />

Police say 14 more women have come forward accusing a doctor in Charlotte of sexual assault. The doctor was arrested on sexual offense charges related to two patients and ordered not to practice medicine in late January, according to police and documents filed with NC Medical Board.<br />

Dr. Fidelis I. Uwensuyi-Edosomwan, 52, was arrested on January 30, on two counts of second-degree sexual offense and three counts of sexual battery and given a $57,500 bond.<br />
<br />
On January 2, a woman told police that she went to a medical facility in the 1800-block of Milton Road for a medical examination. During that exam, the victim said, Dr. Uwensuyi-Edosomwan sexually assaulted her.<br />
<br />
Then on January 14, a second woman reported that she was also sexually assaulted by Dr. Uwensuyi-Edosomwan at a medical facility in the 700-block of West Sugar Creek Road.<br />
<br />
Police said on Feb. 12 that 14 more woman had come forward claiming they were victimized by Uwensuyi-Edosomwan. They say the allegations are being reviewed by detectives to determine if there were any criminal acts committed.<br />
<br />

According to the arrest warrants, Uwensuyi-Edosomwan "Unlawfully, willfully, and feloniously did engage in sex offense with [Victim 1] by force and against that Victim's will" on January 2. The warrants state the same for the second victim on January 14.<br />
<br />
The warrants go on to state that Uwensuyi-Edosomwan "unlawfully and willfully for the purpose of sexual arousal and sexual gratification engage in sexual contact, by pushing his erect joystick onto the [second] victim's hand during a medical examination by force and against the will of the other person."<br />
<br />
The warrants state that Uwensuyi-Edosomwan also "rubbed the [second] victim's vagina over her pants with his fingers after a medical examination" and "lifted the [second] victim's shirt and bra and then rubbed her bosom during a medical exam without the victim's consent."<br />
<br />
WBTV is not releasing the victims' names.<br />
<br />
"Both victims reported within the first 24 hours that it occurred," investigators said during a press conference Tuesday.<br />
<br />
They also said the alleged victims were not sedated during the incidents.<br />
<br />
“We had information that lead us to investigating him for sexually assaulting two of his patients. The biggest thing for us in this case is that although we made the arrest on the two cases we know about - we're not sure if there is any other incidents that he may have been involved in,” said Captain Cecil Brisbon. "That's our biggest concern. Anytime you have situation like this, you want to make sure that someone out there who's committing these type of acts, that they're held accountable."<br />
<br />
The NC Medical Board documents note that Uwensuyi-Edosomwan "vehemently denies" all of the charges.<br />
<br />
Uwensuyi-Edosomwan admits "that the conduct alleged in the criminal charges, if true, would constitute unprofessional conduct," according to the documents. The documents say, if true, the incident would be enough to suspend or revoke his medical license.<br />
<br />
WBTV reached out to Dr. Uwensuyi-Edosomwan, but he would not comment.<br />
<br />
One of his patients, who WBTV is only identifying as "Victoria," said she never had any problems with Dr. Uwensuyi-Edosomwan. "He's a good guy," she said. "Never had any problems with him. Never. Never."<br />
<br />
Dr. Uwensuyi-Edosomwan was ordered not to practice medicine "until such time as he is given permission to do so by the Board President." The documents state the order was part of an "interim non-practice agreement."<br />
<br />
That order came down from NC Medical Board President Cheryl Walker-McGill on February 4.<br />
<br />
According to the NC Medical Board, Dr. Uwensuyi-Edosomwan was issued a license in March 1996 and practiced medicine in Charlotte, with his primary practice being internal medicine.<br />
<br />
Uwensuyi-Edosomwan has a practice called Americare Health, which is located along the 1800-block of Milton Road. According to carolinashealthcare.org, he also worked at AmeriCare Health Family Medical Center on West Sugar Creek Road.<br />
<br />
According to Carolinas HealthCare System Kevin McCarthy, Uwensuyi-Edosomwan has "never been employed by Carolinas HealthCare System."<br />
<br />
According to the NC Medical Board, he has admission privileges at Carolinas Medical Center-Union, but is not employed as a physician there. He has an affiliate membership at CMC-Union which means he does not have clinical privileges and is not able to treat patients or write orders.<br />
<br />
He has previously been given medical licenses in South Carolina, Maryland, Pennsylvania, District of Columbia and Nigeria.<br />
<br />
According to documents filed with the medical board, Uwensuyi-Edosomwan was reviewed after a March 2010 incident where he diagnosed a child with a hernia, bladder infection, ear infection, sinus infection, blood in the urine and bronchitis.<br />
<br />
The case was reviewed after the child's mother asked for documents to seek a second opinion in the case. The board reviewed the case and did not agree with the findings or the tests that Uwensuyi-Edosomwan ordered on the child.<br />
<br />
Another document from 2010 shows that the medical board reviewed several years' worth of records after concerns over his patient care and testing.<br />
<br />
While the board ruled out concerns over the care he was providing patients, it did note that his handwriting in the records was "illegible" and he was ordered to improve the legibility of his records.<br />
<br />
Documents show that over a two-year period, the board did not see any improvement, but said Uwensuyi-Edosomwan was implementing a new electronic medical record system which would eliminate the need for handwritten medical records.<br />
<br />
He was reprimanded in the incident.<br />
<br />
He was also ordered to submit himself for a professional assessment in August 2012.<br />
<br />
According to court documents, Uwensuyi-Edosomwan lives in Waxhaw.<br />
<br />

Speaking at an audience with the Foreign Ministers of Germany and France, who called on him at the Presidential Villa, President Jonathan restated the Federal Government’s displeasure over the stigmatization of Nigerians by some countries after the Ebola virus entered Nigeria in July through a Liberian diplomat.<br />
<br />
The President maintained that there was never any justifiable basis for the stigmatization of Nigerians since Ebola was rapidly contained in the country and never attained epidemic levels.<br />
<br />
He told the French Foreign Minister, Mr. Laurent Fabius and the German Foreign Minister, Dr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier that Nigeria will remain fully vigilant to prevent the re-entry of the virus because the Federal Government recognizes that the country will remain at risk as long as Ebola is active in other West African countries or any other part of the world.<br />
<br />
Jonathan assured that Nigeria will cooperate fully with other concerned nations to stop the current outbreak of Ebola in West Africa as quickly as possible.<br />
<br />
The Ministers told the President that they were in Nigeria to seek further cooperation with the Federal Government in the growing global effort to contain the current outbreak and continuing spread of the Ebola Virus Disease.<br />
<br />
They praised Nigeria’s successful containment of the virus and expressed the desire of France, Germany and the European Union to collaborate more with Nigeria in helping other West African countries where the virus still remains active.<br />

A 45-year-old pastor, Bienose Chukwuka, was yesterday arraigned before a Lagos High Court sitting in Ikeja on a 33-count charge of stealing and obtaining money by false pretence.<br />
<br />
The defendant was accused by Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, of stealing and obtaining N5.3 million by false pretence from 15 persons, including Pastor John Ezeugo and Rev. Peter Emeka.<br />
<br />
EFCC counsel, Mr. Ben Ubi, informed the court that the offence was contrary to Section 1 (3) of the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Fraud Related Offences Act of 2006.<br />
<br />
However, the defendant pleaded not guilty.<br />
<br />
Justice Justice Lawal Akapo adjourned the matter till December 1, 2 and 3 for commencement of trial and held that the defendant should continue on the bail granted him by Justice Adeniyi Onigbanjo.<br />

<br />Police say a man shot and killed a woman after she rejected his advances at an event in Detroit over the weekend. Five people were also injured during the incident. <br /><br />Mary Spears, 27, was at the American Legion Joe Louis Post No. 375 on the east side of Detroit when the 38-year-old suspect allegedly approached her and began talking to her, according to WDIV. <br /><br />When the suspect asked for her number, Spears, whose fiancé was also at the event, told him she was already involved with someone, WJBK reports. The suspect, however, continued harassing her, family members told the station. <br /><br />Police said security took the man out of the club through the back door and escorted him to the front. After a fight broke out, the suspect allegedly took out a handgun and began shooting, killing Spears around 2 a.m. Sunday. <br /><br />Some on social media were horrified by the news. <br /><br />Two men, ages 28 and 30, and three women, ages 23, 32 and 41, were also struck and wounded. All are expected to recover, but two victims remained hospitalized Monday, reports note. <br /><br />After the shooting, the suspect attempted to flee on foot, according to the Detroit Free Press. “Loke”, “tonosibe” and “why me”. Being signed to Mo’ Hits records he is 
also a member of the Mo’ Hits all stars and played a major role in the 
released CV (Curriculum Vitae) album. His first single of the CV album, 
“Ololufe”, has been described as one of the greatest love songs ever 
written by a Nigerian. Wande Coal later released his debut album ‘Mushin
 to Mo’Hits which was widely received across Nigeria, UK and the USA.<br />
Wande
 Coal has also recorded tracks with other Nigerian artists including 
ikechukwu, Naeto C, Dr SID, D’Prince, Wizkid and many more. In 2012 
following a fallout between record label Executives Don Jazzy and 
D’banj, Wande Coal, Dr SID and D’Prince signed on to Don Jazzy’s new 
Record Label Mavin Records with the addition of Tiwa Savage from 323 
entertainment acting as the first lady of mavin records. Wande Coal left
 Mavin Records in 2013. In October 2013, he released a single called
